- Feed composition can be flexible from mixture of toluene and C9+ aromatics to 100% fresh C9+ aromatics.
- Ethyltoluene, which is major component of C9 aromatics, can be converted to methylated aromatics by deethylation reaction at high conversion.
- High aromatics yield.
- Long catalyst life (Catalyst hasn't been regenerated for more than 8 years at the 1st commercial unit at a Toray customer since it's initial start-up).
