Description

Toraypearl ™PA6 is a spherical PA6 powder with optimum fluidity and polymer properties for Powder Bed Fusion (PBF method) by Toray original polymerization technology for spherical particle. Toraypearyl is composed of PA6, well-known polymers as high strength, rigidity, and chemical resistance and used in a wide range applicatiotns.
Toraypearl™ has a spherical shape and can achieve excellent fluidity and high filling during lamination, which enables 3D printing with smooth surface and precise shape. That’s why it can contribute to total cost reduction by simplifying post-processing. In addition, by taking advantage of the high fluidity of Toraypearl™, a high amount of glass fiber (GF) reinforced grade is lined up and possible to provide high rigidity and high HDTs printed parts.
