TORELINA® PPS Resin
Technical Information｜Basic Information｜Introduction
Toray PPS resin, TORELINA, is a crystalline, thermoplastic engineering plastic that has the chemical structure shown in Fig. 1.1.
PPS: Polyphenylene sulfide

Usually, Toray PPS resin, TORELINA, is used to form a complex with an inorganic substance such as glass fiber, and is particularly excellent among thermoplastic resins in terms of its properties such as heat resistance, rigidity, dimensional stability, moist-heat resistance, chemical resistance, and flame retardance. For this reason, this engineering plastic is widely used in mechanical parts, car parts, electrical and electronic parts, and so on.
This technical document summarizes the physical property data as a reference for the use of TORELINA.
